Ground game

Ground game is the common name for hare and wild rabbit. This group is one of the hunted game species in the Netherlands.

During the Dutch hunting season, we have a guaranteed supply of fresh ground game. We skin, clean, process, portion and package our products in our own facility. This means we can deliver a food-safe product that has been managed throughout the chain.
